Release Notes

We are pleased and excited to announce these New Features and Enhances with iCM

New Features

PCP Board

  • The PCP Board now includes information on any PCP that is deleted.  Located below the Past PCP area, Deleted PCPs will display the PCP ID, Status of the PCP when deleted, Reason for deletion and Staff name Date/time stamp when the PCP was deleted.  Deleting a PCP will require staff to enter a reason and type DELETE PCP to confirm.  iCM will be building the ability to use custom reasons soon!

Messages

  • In Message an enhancement has been made with regards to Read Receipts to provide a cleaner view of all staff that have read the message.

Drafting PCP/BSP

PCP
  • Customers creating Draft PCPs will now find the need, if desired, to pull in the Outcomes, Goals and Strategies (OGS)s from the Current PCP.  Bringing in a copy will only maintain the connection to the last PCP if no edits are made.  If any changes are made the Draft OGS will be completely divorced from the previous PCP's OGS upon implementation.  This prevents the potential error of the Draft OGSs overlapping and skewing the data of the Current OGSs when the Draft PCP is implemented.

BSP

  • Customers creating Draft BSPs will now find the need, if desired, to pull in the Outcomes, Goals and Strategies (OGS)s from the Current BSP.  Bringing in a copy will only maintain the connection to the last BSP if no edits are made.  If any changes are made the Draft OGS will be completely divorced from the previous BSP's OGS upon implementation.  This prevents the potential error of the Draft OGSs overlapping and skewing the data of the Current OGSs when the Draft BSP is implemented.
