Enhancements
Document Manager - Alerts
- Customers can now select the Type of Documents to send an alert when that document is expiring.
- If customers want to continue with an alert for all Types, simply Select All.
- Customers that desire to send alerts on documents entered in the Individual's Profile->Old Documents should create a separate alert with no Type selection as this older area did not have the ability to select a Type.
Quiz Management
- In Staff Quizzes, customers now have a hyperlink to the specific Quiz (version) that each staff is engaged.
Diets
- Customers now have enhanced diet recording ability in the Individual Assessment. Here, diabetic and vegetarian diets are now available and selections with "high" of "low" in the title will now expand where a specific figure can be entered. ie. Low Sodium->100mg/day.
- This information displays on the Facesheet, eMAR and more.
Durable Medical Equipment (DME)s
- Additional terms have been added to the DME listing in iCM. These include, Toilet Grab Bars, Knee Brace, Back Brace, Inspire Sleep Remote (model 2500), Compression Socks, Lumbar Roll, Modified Footwear (No tie), Recumbent Tricycle and Bidet.
- An Individual's DME needs can be displayed in many areas in iCM including the Individual Profile->Medical Info, Individual Assessments, Services and more.
Clinical Contact Note (CCN) Report
- The Clinical Contact Note Report has been enhanced to display additional columns for CCN Type, Recommendations and if the CCN was signed.
Medication Alerts
- Alert Manager now includes an additional alert to notify staff if any medication administration was edited. This new alert can be found in Workflow Manager->Medication->Medication Change. Similar to the other medication alerts, selections include: medication type, location and Individual with the standard notification methods.
PIP (Provider Implementation Plan)
- The PIP (Provider Implementation Plan) a document located in the PCP has been enhanced to include any Protocols for the Services. Originally a Maryland required document, the PIP is a great reference for many aspects of the Individuals life and may be a beneficial document for training, sharing information with other organizations and more.
PCP Board, Compliance Meter and PCP Compliance Report
- The PCP board is now much more informative. Each column for Meeting Date, Approved Date, Implementation Date and more now displays not only the date entered but the name of the Staff and Date/Time stamp the information was entered.
- The PCP Compliance Report includes additional columns focusing on Task status, PCP Implementation Status, the PCP Due Date, Implementation Date and when that implementation date was entered.
- The PCP Compliance Report also now displays a listing of which Staff are responsible for any Off Track tasks. The report displays the Staff's name if only one Staff was assigned and the term "various" If multiple Staff were assigned.
Permissions
- Customers can now view each Permission to quickly compare the settings across all Roles. In Permissions, clicking on the title for each permission will produce a pop up that shows how that permission is configured for each Role in your organization.
- The option to print each is also available.
Label Management
- Two additional fields in iCM are now available for configuration. Located in the Individual Profile, the term External MRN is located in the Individual's Basic Info. The term SIS is located in the Individual's Level of Care area.
- The ability to configure these terms can be found in iCM-Settings->Label Management.
- Terms configured here populate all throughout iCM where the default term is utilized.
