Release Notes

New Features

Progress Note
  • The Progress Notes module now includes a history icon and the ability to display this data.
  • Customers printing the Progress Note can include any previously edited data.

Label Management

  • Located in iCM-Settings->Label Management, customers now have the ability to use their own custom term to represent the Outreach Module.  The new term will appear throughout iCM where the term Outreach was displayed.

Report Permissions

  • The Individual Billing View Report, located in Reports, is now governed by a permission.  The default is set to No Access.  System Admins should enable access to those Roles in need of this information.
  • The Individual Monthly Funding Limit Report, located in Reports, is now governed by a permission.  The default is set to No Access.  System Admins should enable access to those Roles in need of this information.

Enhancements

Individual Profile
  • Located in the Individual Profile->Addresses, customers will find a State specific County drop down for their Individual's home address.
    • This feature is also in place in the Staff Profile and Manage Programs.
CareTracker
  • iCM has implemented an update governing a Role's ability to mark Service Time in the future.  When the Role's permission in CareTracker: Can Provide Future, set to No, staff recording a Service in CareTracker will not be able to indicate that the Service was provided in a future timeframe.  As an example the current time is 9AM EST.  In documenting a Service I would not be able to indicate that I provided the Service with a start or end time after 9AM EST.
Clinical Contact Note
  • Located in iCM-Settings->Clinical Contact Note Settings, customers now have the ability to use their own custom terms for the Clinical Contact Note Types available in iCM.  The system continues to provide the defaults types and customers can edit, add or delete Types they want to use.  These Types will appear in the CCN Module and any reports to which they are connected.
PCP Review
  • As each PCP is it's own entity, customers selecting the PCP Review for a particular PCP will find the available dates for the PCP Review governed by the active dates of the PCP.

Mobile App Updates

  • iCM often updates the Mobile App.  Sometimes twice a week.  Best practice would have mobile devices set to auto update so these revisions are automatically installed.  Staff may experience issues when new versions of the Mobile App are released but the device is not updating.
