Enhancements

Medication

• As some medication administration may require staff to records specific reading, urine has been added to current options of Blood Sugar, Weight and Vital Signs.  These requirements can be toggled on when adding a new or editing an existing medication under the "Require a Reading" option.

• Fleet Management customers now have the ability to set an alert for any change of status for a vehicle's maintenance/repair.  Access Workflow Manager->Fleet Management->Vehicle Maintenance and select the Vehicle Maintenance/Repair Status Change.  The Workflow can be assigned for Program and/or Vehicle ID and has all the other standard notification features.  The alert will trigger for any status change.

Service Note

• Additional settings are now available for the Service Note.  These include:
  • The ability to  display or hide the Notes that staff documented when completing the goals in Care Tracker.  This feature defaults to On so Notes will be shown.
  • The ability to display or hide the Duration of the service when the Service Note is generated and printed.  This feature defaults to On so the Duration will be shown.
  • Both features are available from iCM-Settings->Care Tracker.
  • The Service Note also now includes displaying the Individuals full name and PCP/ISP date in the header.
    • The County field also appears in the Staff Listing Report

• Customers can now enter the County for which their staff reside in the Staff's Profile.  A drop down will show all available counties/parishes after a state is selected.
