Release Notes

New Features

Training Management

• iCM has instituted an update in Training Management that prevents a Staff from registering a training or taking that training's Quiz, IF:
  • they have already completed the Training, and
  • that Training has a Refresher Training attached to it.
• If it is determined that the Staff should retake the initial training, this can still be enforced from the Training Management area.

CareTracker Compliance Alerts

• Customers can create a Workflow Alert to send a notification when an Individual's CareTracker Day Compliance is below a certain percentage at a determined time of the day.
• This feature can be found in Workflow Manager->Individual CareTracker->Day Compliance Percentage.

Service Note

• When generating the Service Note, customers can now hide/show any Notes that were entered by Staff when completing CareTracker services.  
• This settings if found in iCM-Settings->CareTracker Settings and the default has been set to On.

Enhancements

Signatures and Credentials

• With the ability to include Credentials for various modules, some modules were enhanced to also capture Signatures.
• Credential Settings are found in iCM-Settings-> Staff Settings.  Here customers can create custom credentials and apply them to the following modules:
  • BSP Review
  • Clinical Contact Note
  • INE
  • NCP
  • Nursing Visit / 45 Day
  • RAT
  • Service Note

Distance Traveled

• Throughout iCM, updates were made to use more generic terms for Miles, Kilometers, Mileage etc.
• Most notable would be the Mileage Settings in iCM-Settings is now listed as Transportation Settings and is located in the perspective alphabetical order.
• All functionality throughout iCM remains the same.
