Release Notes
New Features
Staff List
- Staff with no Programs/Locations assigned to them are now displayed in the Staff List with an informational sign and the status of "Missing Programs".
- Customer can also filter for this status in the Staff Profile.
- The ability to view this status is permission based and located in Permissions->Staff Profile->Show Staff with No Program.
- As this is a new feature, the permission default is set to No.
Staff Profile
Immunization Records
- Customers will now find the ability to record and track Staff's Hepatitis B vaccinations in the Staff Basic Info tab.
- This information will also display in Reports->Staff Immunization Record Report.
Staff Credentials
- The ability to have the Staff's credentials appear in documents has been expanded to include the BSP Review, Clinical Contact Note, INE, NCP and the Nursing Visit / 45 Day Review. These locations can be toggled on/off from iCM-Settings->Staff Settings->Display Credentials.
Individual Medication Report
- Located in Reports, the Individual Medication Report, enables customers to review all the medication's information as well as who created and who last updated the entry. Customers can also select the "Click to Compare" icon to view the last two versions of the medication.
My Work
- When selecting the Add Task icon in My Work, staff will now find the ability to select the option that "Anyone can complete this task". This allows tasks to be assigned to multiple staff and only one staff is required to mark the task Completed.
Training Management
- Customers can now choose the document version (ID) when bulk marking Staff trained in Training Management for an Individual's PCP.
Training Settings
- In iCM-Settings->Training Settings, customers can set a number of days before a Pending PCP implements. A Pending PCP is a PCP in which an implementation date has been set. Draft PCPs are not available for this feature. In order to a Pending PCP ID to show, the staff must first be trained in the current PCP.
Label Management
- Custom terms can now be set for the Initial Nursing Assessment module and the 45 Day module. This enhancement is located in iCM-Settings->Label Management.
Workflow Manager
- Customers using the Workflow Management Alerts for Training Due and Training Expiry will now receive these alerts between 5AM-8AM vs midnight.
Fleet Management
- The History of the Equipment is now maintained and available by clicking on the history icon.
- The History of the Hours Log in Equipment is now maintained and available by clicking on the history icon.
- The History of Fleet Management's Maintenance/Repair Requests is now maintained and available by clicking on the history icon in that module.
- iCM now offers the Individual Mileage Report in the Reports module. This report enables customers to pull transportation data from both Personal and Fleet Management by Individual.
- Admin Tools->iCM-Settings->Mileage Settings now includes the ability to set Miles or Km as the distance traveled for the Personal Mileage Log
Manage Funding Streams
- In Manage Funding Streams, streams using the Unit type of Milestone will now find the ability to add a rate.
Form Builder
- The Form Builder module now includes the ability to include your iCM System Components of Program/Location, Individual, Staff and Roles.
Plan of Correction
Notice of Compliance (NOC)
- In the Plan of Correction module, customers can now track Notice of Compliances (NOC)s. NOCs is the term used for a response from a regulatory agency when no deficient practices are found as part of the investigation/survey.
Reports
- iCM now offers two reports regarding the Plan of Correction (POC) module.
- Both located in Reports, the POC Basic Report displays dates and statuses and the POC Detail Report displays all the information from the POC module including locations and Individuals, regulatory responses, potential rejection reasons and more.
- As both are new reports the permissions are both set to No Access, so ask your System Admin to open up these reports to the needed staff Role.
ABC Data Form & Templates
- The ABC Data Form and Template can now include the ability to include the category of Setting Event. This feature can be toggled on from iCM-Settings->ABC Data Form.
- Setting Event will also be available to build out in your configurable ABC Templates. This is available in Admin Tools->ABC Data Form Templates.
- Data recorded in the Setting Events category will also be displayed in the ABC Data Form Report.
