Release Notes

New Features

Staff Management
  • On Leave is now a new status to which a Staff can be assigned.  This change in status can be made in the Staff's Profile.
  • Customers can filter for Staff with this status on the Staff Listing.
  • In the Staff Listing, those Staff with that status now show an On Leave indicator under their picture.
  • As this is a status change, the action is recorded in the Staff's Confidential tab->Status Log
  • iCM will be building additional features to accompany this new status.
Service Note
  • Customers can now enable Transportation Services to display on the Service Note.  This includes Transportation documented in both Fleet Management or the Mileage (Personal\) Tab.  
  • In order for Transportation Services to appear, customers must have the requirement for their staff to document both the Individual's Program and Funding Stream when documenting Mileage.


Enhancements

Nursing Visit / 45 Day module

  • Customers accessing this module will find a new user experience with quicker access to needed areas.
  • Signing the 45 Day Assessment has just become easier thanks to the ability to pull in your eSignature.
eMAR
  • When generating an eMAR, Medications discontinued by the pharmacy or manually by staff will appear on the back.
Fleet Management
  • Customers can now create and manage their own list of Maintenance/Repair Types in Fleet Management.  This is a new Setting in the Fleet Management Module's main page.
  • The Vendor list can now be exported.
  • The Mileage Report exported from Fleet Management now also includes the Individual's Starting and Ending locations, if that information was entered.
  • The History enhancement is now available in Accident/Incident Reports.
Individual Finances
  • Individual Profile->Administrative->Finances now supports the ability to add multiple bank accounts.  This information has been moved into a new tab, Banking Information.
  • A updated and new permissions in the Individuals section ensures greater oversight to bank account numbers and PINs.
Workflow Manager
  • The Workflow Manager alert specific to Non-Verified Medications has been enhanced.  The alert now generates every 10 minutes and bulk reports all Individual names and their non-verified medications that have been received from the pharmacy in one alert.  
CareTracker Compliance Meter
  • The CareTracker Compliance Meter has been upgraded to display a Day Compliance, Scheduled Task Compliance and an As Need Compliance in both percentage and number.
Outreach 
  • Outreach now supports the full entry of Insurance information for perspective Individuals.  
  • Data entered here is maintained with the Individual in Outreach and will appear in the Basic Profile when the Individual is admitted to a Program/Site.
Insurance Report
  • With the new Insurance module layout, a new Individual Insurance Report has been created to capture all the new fields and information.  Located in Reports->Individuals, the report exists with the now Retiring Insurance Report.
Label Management Setting
  • Admin Tools->iCM Settings now contains a new tab for Label Management.  Here you will find the location in which the standard terms for PCP, Outcome, Goal, Strategy, Psych Functional, Psych Ref, Resident label and ABC Data Form can be found and configured to your requirements.
