Release Notes
New Features
Admission from Outreach
- In Outreach, customers can now admit an Individual to one or multiple Programs.
PCP Setting
- Admin Tools->PCP Settings now includes additional settings to show or hide the PCP Submitted Date, Approved Date, Proceed without implementation date and Authorization End Date. Currently all defaults are set to Show.
Permissions
- Permissions were updated to split the permission to enable staff to have access to their Own and Other Staff’s Confidential tab information. Located in Permissions->Staff Profile, these contain Employment Status information, Medication Errors and Confidential notes. These Permissions should be carefully evaluated.
Manage Programs
- In Manage Programs, triggering the Primary Node will enable customers to record their Billing Provider Tax ID Type and Tax ID. These fields are important for customers outside of Maryland that are billing to a state system and/or Managed Care Organizations.
CareTracker
- Staff can now enter the location of the Service provided in CareTracker. The location (address pulls from Manage Programs) will auto populate, and staff have the ability to provide their own entry if desired. The location information will populate on the Service Note. This setting can be configured in iCM-Settings->CareTracker. Default has been set to No.
- The CareTracker Time Range Setting has been updated to allow staff to configure Days, Hours, and Minutes when Staff can provide services. This applies to both the entering of CareTracker information and the ability to edit.
Staff Listing Report
- iCM has made updates to the Staff Listing to include additional filters and information.
Mileage Logs
- Customers can now create and manage custom General Ledger (GL) codes to be used by Staff when recording mileage. This is an optional feature located in iCM-Settings->Mileage Settings. The default is off. This feature will display for both Personal Mileage and Fleet Management entry.
- Staff can now record mileage as a fraction of a mile/Km. This feature will display for both Personal Mileage and Fleet Management entry.
Alert: Excessive Mileage
- Workflow Manager now includes a notification where customers can configure to notify staff when Mileage Over X Miles/Km is recorded for Fleet Management Vehicles.
Incident Reporting
- There is a new setting under Admin Tools -> iCM Settings -> Incident Report Settings "Display Only Initials of Other Individuals Involved" which will hide the full name of other individuals on printed reports. The default is set to Off so full names will still appear.
Individual tab
- User experience update that enables customers to move between the Individual's tabs with ease.
Insurance layout
- iCM has redesigned and enhanced the Insurance tab allowing for additional information. In the process iCM retained the Medical Assistance and Medicaid numbers when possible. The Old Insurance tab will be retiring so please take the time to review and update the new area as required.
- iCM has enhanced permissions with regards to the Insurance tab regarding history and printing of the information. These are found in Permissions->Individuals.
Training MBON Rule Report
- A new addition to the Reports tab, the MBON Rule Report enables the our Maryland customers to review MBON training timeframes of their staff. A Permission located in Permissions->Reports->Training MBON Rule Report governs access and is defaulted to No.
FaceSheet
- Comments entered with regards to the Consent to Photograph now appear on the Individual’s generated FaceSheet.
