How to Set Supervisor in Staff Profile

Staff will only be able to see timecards & staff profiles for their reports. Therefore, it is critical that each staff has their supervisor added in their staff profiles, and that this data is maintained ongoing. Make a plan to add the supervisor initially and ongoing.

Here’s How:

  1. Login.
  2. Click the Staff icon on the left navigation bar (person with stethoscope).
  3. Click on a staff to open their profile.
  4. Scroll down in the profile to the Supervisors Section, right below login information.
  5. Click the blue “Add” button to add the staff’s supervisor(s) and if applicable designate a primary supervisor by clicking the Primary box.

Helpful tip: There is also a Direct Reports section, if you’d rather add all the Direct Reports each Supervisor has in the Supervisor’s profile. These sections are integrated with one another. So if I am added as a Direct Report for Supervisor A, that staff will appear as my Supervisor in my profile.
