Rounding Rule and Aggregations

In Manage Funding Streams, customers should choose a Rounding Rule and Aggregate as part of adding a Funding Stream.

In choosing a Rounding Rule, the customer should consult with the funding authority for any specific and/or company standards.  iCM cannot recommend what customers should use for a Rounding Rule or Aggregate setting.

Aggregate is a mathematical computation involving a range of values that results in just a single value expressing the significance of the accumulated data it is derived from.

• Start/End Total will apply the Rounding Rule for every entry.
• Daily Total will apply the Rounding Rule at the end of the day when all entries have been made.
• Weekly Total will apply the Rounding Rule at the end of the week
• Monthly Total will apply the Rounding Rule at the end of the month.
