New Features
Training: Material Progress bar
Customers using an external training integration will now find a progress bar in the Staff Profile->Trainings tab. This bar indicates the Staff's overall progress of the required material to complete the Training. To view the details, use the Action dropdown carrot and select Material
Consent to Photograph
- The Face Sheet will now automatically include Consent to photograph when viewed and printed. This information is pulled from the Individual's Basic Info->Consent to Photograph tab and will be displayed as Yes/No or blank if no selection has been entered.
Individual Report:
- Located in Reports, the Individual Report now includes the Individual's Primary Language as well as any Behavioral Supports. This information is pulled from the Individual's Basic Info area.
My Work
The My Work filter has been enhanced to enable customers to filter by, Assigned to My Direct Reports, which then populates a list of all Direct Reports. Direct Reports are those Staff are those listed in your Staff Profile, as Direct Reports.
Behavior Support Plan
- iCM has increased the character limit in the BSP module for Emergency Procedures from 5,000 to 10,000 characters. We are also preserving the formatting in this field when printing the document.
Workflow Manager: Maintenance
- Customers can now select the types of maintenance requests when setting any Maintenance Workflows. This allows customers to drill down on which Roles/Staff are notified for a particular type of issue. For example, the Maintenance Staff could be notified for plumbing issues and the Program Manager for carpet cleaning, car and bike wash issues. Any current Workflows in place for Maintenance needs will default to all types.
Workflow Manager: ABC Data
- Customers now have access to a Workflow to alert staff when ABC Data has been entered into iCM. As with all Workflows customers can drill down on Location, Individual, Roles, Users and Notification Types.
Driver Tab: Violations
- Located in the Staff Profile->Driver tab, the Driver Violation section has been enhanced to provide the following features:
- Violations with active points displayed first,
- Permission and functionality to change the Violation Point value after assignment.
- Permissions regarding access to Driver Comments.
- And a Permission to display any Accident/Incidents associated with that Driver. The Accident/Incidents listing includes the date, Class, Description and Driver responsibility. Each listing includes a hyperlink to the event in the Fleet Management tab.
- All permission settings are located in Permissions->Driver and defaults are set to No.
Mobile App Mileage
- In Fleet Management, customers now have access to a Badges icon. When selected, iCM will display a QR code for each vehicle in the Vehicle list. Keep in mind that if you filter the Vehicle List, only those vehicles displayed will produce an associated QR code. These QR codes will appear in a pop up and can be printed as 1,2 or 4 per page.
- The vehicle picture noted below is the main picture that was entered for the vehicle. QR code use is a function which we are currently building for the Mileage Log in the Mobile App. When launched and available on the Mobile App, staff will be able to scan the QR code which will take them directly to the Mileage Log for that vehicle.
