Fleet Management

iCM has enhanced Accident/Incident reporting to include additional fields to assist in reporting and post accident investigation. These include adding other options for Company Driver, the addition of a checkbox noting the date/time when the accident/incident was discovered and an Accident/Incident Location field with multiple selections where staff can denote the area in which the accident occurred. N/A is now an option in Staff testing status and a Driver Responsibility field has been added with options at At Fault, Not at Fault and Contributory.

In the Equipment tab, iCM has entered a field for Equipment Type, such as chainsaw, tractor or trimmer.

Training Report

iCM has enhanced the Training Report to enable filtering by Staff Status (Active, Terminated and Suspended).

In the report, a column for Supervisor Name was added and the Status column was updated to Training Status. Supervisor name will appear as follows: from the Staff Profile, Primary Supervisor will be listed if one has been identified, Supervisor will be listed if no Primary and only one listed or N/A if more than one Supervisor is listed without a Primary.

Funding Stream Limits

iCM has created Timespan Funding as another option in the Funding Stream Limits area. Timespan Funding is where an award has set dates with the availability to use all awarded units at any time between those dates. This new option was currently released for several customers in need of this option. If you feel that this option would also be beneficial to your Funding Streams, Attendance and Billing, please contact our helpdesk at help@icaremanager.com. A title change will be seen by all customers with and without this new feature. Customized Funding has been updated to Monthly Funding. Medical Appointment Faxing

Customers now have the ability to fax both the PMOF or Medical Appointment Record in it's original generated form or if the form was later completed and scanned into the system. Selecting the Send Fax icon will produce a pop up where customers can select Scanned Copy or the original Generated Copy.

Individual Profile

In an effort to promote correct data entry, iCM is now validating specific fields upon entry. In the Individual Profile the following will be validated: DOB, Social Security #, LTSS ID and ensuring that entry of the Medicaid (MA) number is the correct number of digits.

Termination Reasons

iCM has added a Permission controlling access to the Termination Status Log Reasons in Permissions->Staff Profile->Confidential->Status Log tab. Staff with current access to Status Log will continue to have access to the Terminated Reasons.

Time Card Management

Check Records now has a permission. Permissions->Clock In/Out->Time Card Management. No will prevent Staff access to the icon and functionality.

Improvements

Training Alerts: Staff waived from a Training will not receive any alerts associated with the particular training.
