Release Notes
New Features
Behavior Support Plan Report
- There is a new report in iCM called the Behavior Support Plan (BSP) Report that displays data from the BSP module. This enables the customer to view all BSP's in one place, with visibly into the BSP type, creation date, status (draft or current), implementation date, standing committee approval date and programs.
PCP Status History
- DDA Customers can now click on the Status History tab in the PCP Board to display a full picture of when the status changed and any updates to the delay reasons made over time.
- The PCP Compliance Report will show the PCP's status along with any the reasons for delay as well as comments.
Drills
- Adding a new Drill now includes the ability to add an End Date/Time as well.
- This new information will also display in the Drill Report.
Training Management
- iCM now provides greater visualization on trainings that are soon to expire. Located in both in the Training Management->Staff tab and the Staff Profile->Training tab, the new graphic and drop down alerts Staff to training expiring in the next 90 days. This enhancement will display for both General and Individual Trainings.
Individual Program/Services/Service Contacts Report
This report has been updated to enable to customer to determine if the Individual has a Service Contact Status of 1:1 and staff identified as the Primary Service Contact.
Fleet Management
- Improvements include the Vehicle Meter calculating both Active and Out of Service Vehicles, Vehicle filtering now includes the children locations and a new section where customers can document information regarding any type of vehicle monitoring system in use.
- iCM has also updated the design and functionality of the Driver tab in Fleet Management. Customers can now include terminated staff in their search, searching will show last name, the Personal Insurance expiration date is now shown and the Staff's name is now a hyperlink back to their Profile.
Staff Status Report
- This new Report provides the customer with the number of Staff that have logged in for each month in the year(s) selected. The permission default is set to Yes.
My Work
- Mentions stemming from CIO now include a hyperlink to quickly provide more information regarding the contact.
Service Contact History
- iCM now provides a detailed Service Contact History log indicating any changes in Staff as Service Contacts. This View History Log feature is accessible from the Service Contact tab and includes the ability to Print.
Training Reports
- The Training Report now includes the due date for all trainings classified as refreshers.
Admin Tools
- Customers now have the ability to display or hide the eMAR Setting tab and the Bulk Census tab from the Admin Tools dashboard. Located in Permissions->Admin Tools, the currently default is Yes to indicate each is available for view and access.
Improvements
- Permissions have been added for the following Training Reports. The default setting is View.
