New Features

Funding Stream Limits
  • Money based Funding Streams now allow for Funding Stream Limits (FSL) to be used for a set period of time.  This new feature allows customers to select the Add New Units button to build out each new time period to correspond with the award.  
    • In this example the first period is 4/13/2023 to 5/4/2023 with $100 available.  The new FSL started on 5/5/2023 to 3/1/2024 with $50 available.  For months that the FSL appear in the same month, iCM will show two calendars with the corresponding FSL.  The expired calendar will no longer appear in the future month.  
Individual Profile
  • Located in the Individual Profile, customers now have access to the following enhancements:
    • -> Contacts: Relationships now includes Case Worker.

    • ->Basic tab, New Interests have been added to both the Individual and Staff Profiles. 
    •  And do not forget about the Reports->Common Interest Reports which pulls together all the Interests to help make better connections in your organization!

Driver Tab
  • Located in the Staff Profile-> Driver Tab, customers now have access to the following enhancements:
    • Driver Status now includes the option: Driving Privileges Suspended.
    • New Vehicle Types: Agency Cargo Van, Agency Dual Rear Wheel Vehicle and Agency EV have been added.

Reports
  • The Driver Violation Report now includes a column to display the Points Expiry Date.
  • The Training Reports now includes a column displaying the Due On(Expiration On) date, if applicable.

Fleet Management

  • Fleet Management's Maintenance/Repair section now includes additional types of Repairs, the ability to add a Vendor from the Vender's list, mileage when the vehicle was taken for repairs and the total expense of the task.
  • The Maintenance/Repair display now includes a column for Expense and Marked Completed By as well as the ability to export all information.
Accident/Incident Permissions
  • New permissions in Fleet Management now enable customers to provide greater oversight and security into Accident/Incidents reporting.  Permission options distinguish between Accidents/Incidents that Staff have personally created verses those created by others. The default for Others is set to No Access.  As this is a complex enhancement, please check your settings for each Role to ensure they meet your needs.

Time Card Management

  • Customers now have greater flexibility with generating and downloading Reports in Time Card Management.  Selecting the drop down carrot and then Generate Report with Unit, produces the report with the corresponding Units, if Staff clocked in to a code that uses Units.  

  • Selecting the Download icon now includes the Unit and other options.

Incident Reporting
  • Customers now have the option to protect sensitive information when creating the Standing Committee Packets from the Incident Report section.  In Admin Tools->Incident Report Settings, there is a new option to "Hide Social Security Number on Standing Committee Packets" with a slide toggle. If toggled on, generation of the Standing Committee Packet from the Incident Report module will display "XXX-XX-XXXX" if the Individual had a social security number entered in their Basic Profile. If toggled off, iCM will display the actual SSN in the packet when generated.  The default setting is off, allowing SSNs to appear.
Staff Profile
  • iCM now provides a location in the Staff Profile->Basic Info to record the Staff's (AKA), also known as name.  This option is also available on the Staff List page as a searchable field.
Permissions
  • In this release, we rolled out the following permissions to control access to modules on the eChart.
    •  ALF Service Plan
    • Documents->Manage Person Supported Documents 
    • On Call Log
    • Others->eSignature 
Improvements
  • There is a new permission so System Admins can set access to which roles can access the Payroll Report. This permission can be found under Permissions -> Reports -> Payroll Report.  By default, any user with access to reports will continue to have access to this report. This can be restricted through permissions.
