New Features
My Work
- Continued enhancements to My Work now include a tab to show All Tasks.
Workflow Manager
- Customers using the Violations feature in the Staff Profile->Driver tab will now find the ability to have the staff that has completed the violation automatically notified.
Reports->Outreach List
- The Outreach List Report has been expanded to include additional information. Type of Referral and Reason for Non-Admittance will now be displayed.
- These areas are fully customizable and can be created and managed in Admin Tools->iCM Settings->Outreach Options. Customers can custom build their Reasons for Non-Admittance, Type of Referral and the How did you hear of us? fields.
