New Features
My Work
- iCM's new My Work display now offers additional tabs by status or tasks, counters and improved performance.
Grand eMAR
- iCM now displays the Individual's Room and Bed # if this information has been entered into the system.
- Room and Bed # are added in the Individual's Profile->Program tab. iCM will pull the information entered from the Program that is marked as the Highest Priority as noted below.
Workflow Manager
- The alert when a staff has missed a Clock Out has been enhanced to allow notification directly to the Staff themselves.
Incident Reporting
- Step #3 in the Incident Reporting process now supports the ability to add the Time that an Agency was notified.
- The Time will also displace on the printed Incident Report.
Fleet Management
- In the Vehicle tab, new fields have been added to capture a Vehicle's Title Number and a future Replacement Date. These fields will also display when exporting the data and appear in the import table.
Timecard Management
- Customers using Timecard Management now have the option of customizing their downloadable report. Choose one or multiple options and continue.
- The downloaded Excel report will display all selected information.
