New Features
Attendance
- Attendance now includes an icon that will appear on any day where staff have included notes with their attendance code or time entry.
- Attendance Filtering now allows the customer to type to drill down on the desired information
Workflow Manager
- Customers can now set a Workflow to notify staff when a staffs Driver License is expiring. Located in the Fleet Management section, customers can set custom dates to be notified before the License is expired.
- This Workflow is triggered by the Driver's License expiration date entered in Staff Profile->Driver->Driver Information area.
Staff Profile->Driver's tab
- In the Driver's Information section, customers can note if the Staff is licensed to drive DOT (Department of Transportation) classified vehicles. If Yes, the drop down will expand to capture the DOT#, Physical Date and DOT Expiration Date. If No, the information will contract.
Permissions
- The Incident Reporting Center now has a permission that governs staff's access to use the "No Staff Present" option when completing the Incident Communication. The default has been set to Yes.
Service Note
- Improvements have been made to capture the Medicaid Number. Please note that if you have different Medicaid Numbers entered in the Individual Profile->Administrative->Insurance then iCM will display each entry.
