Care Tracker Status Setting

Located in iCM Settings->Care Tracker Settings, customers now have the ability to limit the use of the Status section when creating and displaying Services. The setting is defaulted to allow. Instead of using the Status area, customer may want to use, Services to be Provided, which allows for increased customization, person centered data and better reporting. Customers should check their current settings to ensure Services have been built with Services to be Provided, before potentially toggling off Status.

Waiver Types

iCM has added additional Waivers in the Individual Profile->Administrative->Income and Resources tab. These include Children's Mental Health Waiver, Health and Disability Waiver and Intellectual Disability Waiver.

Report Permissions

As part of our ongoing enhancements to Reports, the Individual Document Management Report is now governed by a permission. The permission is defaulted to View.

Service Note

Customer now have the option of displaying the Individual's date of birth and MA# on the Service Note.

Displaying these new features and other information can be enabled in iCM Settings->Care Tracker Settings.

Individual Medication Report

Located in Reports, the Individual Medication Report now includes the ability to select Discontinued Medications with select custom dates for the report.

Funding Stream Limit Exhaustion

iCM has added a new visual alert when all the customized funding stream units have been exhausted for the month. This yellow warning will appear any time attendance units are entered changing the remaining balance to zero or when additional attendance units are entered when their is no units available.

Funding Source Titles

iCM continues to expanded the Funding Source choices to meet our customers needs. County and HIP are the latest additions.
