New Features
- Mobile App users can now call your Individual's contacts directly from iCM. This feature is available from both the Contacts and the Service Contact area. Simply find the contact, click on the contact and any entered phone contacts will appear, then select the number you would like to call. Most new features in the Mobile app require that the new version is downloaded. Updates can be found in the AppStore and Google Play.
Attendance Report
- The printed version of the Attendance Report now includes the Month and Year selected for printing.
Permissions: Staff Profile->Driver tab
- Your Permissions area for the Staff's Profile->Driver tab has been upgraded. Now you can set permissions to allow your staff to view their own Fuel PIN, their Supervisor's Fuel PIN and/or their Direct Report's Fuel PIN.
- Supervisor and Direct Reports must be added to the Staff's Profile for these permissions to function appropriately.
Fleet Management
- The Basic Information section in your Vehicle listing now includes a location where you can designate a vehicle as a Loaner. This information was also made a part of the import table and will export when exporting the Vehicle List Data.
