Maintenance/Repair for Fleet Management

Maintenance/Repair module allows Staff to provide requests to administration for vehicle maintenance, repair or service.

  1. Access the Maintenance/Repair tab from the Dashboard or from the Vehicle List.
  2. Select the + Add Maintenance/Repair icon.
  3. From the opened tab, a drop down for both Select Vehicle and Type of Repair will populate.  Select your company's vehicle identification and then Type of Repair requested.
  4. Enter any necessary requirements in Comments to help explain the need.  Staff may add documents and/or pictures to help explain the need as well in the Document section.
  5. To add Documents, select the Choose File tab, select your file, choose your Document Type and Save. These can include pictures of the specific repair needed, estimates, final receipts of the repair,  etc.

iCM includes the Document Management section as part of this module where staff can upload any documents and or pictures.  This area must be set up by your company's iCM System Administrator before documents can be added.  For more information follow this link:  Document Management Overview

Editing and/or Assigning the Request

  1. From the Maintenance/Repair tab, Staff with the required permissions can open the task for editing and/or assignment by selecting the pencil icon.
  2. From the pop up, choose the Edit icon and then use the drop down to assign the task to a Staff, make further edits if required, add documents and then Save.
