How to keep track of Labs and Diagnostics?

Our Labs & Diagnostics feature gives you a place to upload and store lab and diagnostic testing results. Here are the steps to this easy to use feature. 

1. Click on the Labs & Diagnostics button found in the eChart.
2. Select if you are adding a Lab or Diagnostic Testing by selecting the proper tab.
3. Next click on Add Lab Result
4. Fill out the sections for the title, date, document and any necessary message or notes and click on Save.
5. Back in the list view is the ability to: View, Print, Download or Delete (based on permission)
6. Once documents are stored here they are also visible to the nurse on the 45 Day/Nursing Visit.

As with all features-the ability to access this feature and perform any of the above is based off Permissions.
