How do I find Discharged People?

When a person or individual is discharged you still have access to that information. Let's take a look at how and where to find this information. There are 2 ways to locate this depending on your permissions.

1. Click on Facility icon (globe) 
2. Click on Discharged Individuals (orange)
3. Use search at the top to find the person
4. Click where you see Discharge Summary (do not readmit)
5. On the next screen click at the top where you see eChart (under picture)
6. Now you have full access to the chart and all tabs

This can also be accessed from inside the list of residents or individuals. You will see tabs at the top and to the right for Adding, Pending and Discharged. You will then follow the same steps as outlined above.
