I can't clock in or out-What do I do?

Staff may encounter an issue clocking in or out. This could happen if they have a missed clock out.  If staff forgot to clock out and this goes past 24 hours they will need help to fix this. Here is how you help your staff. 

  1. The staff with permission to edit this missed clock out has to log into the system
  2. Go into the Time Card Management feature.
  3. Click on Check Records at the top of the screen.
  4. Select the pay period ending date and then select Identify time cards without any clock out time.
  5. Find the staff in the list and click where you see Clock Out.
  6. Edit the clock out date and time by clicking on the blue field.
  7. Enter a comment if necessary otherwise you can click on Clock Out.
