I can't clock in or out-What do I do?
Staff may encounter an issue clocking in or out. This could happen if they have a missed clock out. If staff forgot to clock out and this goes past 24 hours they will need help to fix this. Here is how you help your staff.
- The staff with permission to edit this missed clock out has to log into the system
- Go into the Time Card Management feature.
- Click on Check Records at the top of the screen.
- Select the pay period ending date and then select Identify time cards without any clock out time.
- Find the staff in the list and click where you see Clock Out.
- Edit the clock out date and time by clicking on the blue field.
- Enter a comment if necessary otherwise you can click on Clock Out.
