How to move staff from Trained to Required

There may come a time when you need to change the status of staff that is trained. You can move this staff from trained back to required by following these steps.

  1. Begin in the Training Management feature by selecting the training course.
  2. Under the Current meter sort for the staff you need to move.
  3. When you find the staff click the box next to where you see History.
  4. Then at the top of the section you will see a box that says Choose Action.
  5. From the Choose Action drop down menu make your selection and then confirm.
