How do Mentions work throughout iCM?

In any comment box in iCM, now you can “tag” another user by mentioning them with the @ symbol and their name. When you type @ and then start to type the names will appear and you can select the staff you want to mention. 

By mentioning someone, they will get a notification that they have been mentioned in My Work.  And you will see all of your mentions here:

There are many different places in iCM where you can be mentioned in a comment, including but not limited to:

• Outreach
• Incident Reporting Center
• Medical Appointments
• Task Comments
• PCP Tasks
