How to turn on the account lockout feature?

iCM has an optional account lockout feature which will lock a user out after 3 failed login attempts. Once activated, any staff member can have their account locked if they enter their password incorrectly 3 times. Once staff begin to attempt to login but fail they will be given a warning each time. Once they have failed to login 3 times they will see a message to contact the system administrator for assistance. This message will flash on the screen and then disappear.

A System-Administrator can turn this feature on.  

  1. Under your name at the top right corner, click Settings from the dropdown menu.
  2. Once in this setting screen the system admin will need to scroll to Staff Lockout Settings and click/touch the box to activate this feature.
