How to mark an incident as Private?

Some incidents may be sensitive in nature and you may want to lockdown who has access to view them. In iCM, you can give certain roles access to mark incidents and private and view private incidents. 

  1. To mark an incident as private, go from your dashboard into the Incident Reporting Center.
  2. Click on the Incident.
  3. Click on the Mark Private red button on the top right.

If you do not have this button, please contact your system administrator.
