New Features
COVID Positive Individual Indicator
- There is a new COVID Info section in the Medical Info Section. Here you can flag individuals as COVID positive and maintain a log of when they were positive. You can also filter your main list of individuals for COVID positive individuals.
Bowel Movement Record
- Replaced the old screen with the new screen.
Person Centered Plan
- Added Submitted and Approved date.
Reports
- Added the new PCP Date fields as well as created date and completed date to the PCP Compliance Report.
- Added new Staff Report Listing with fields from the staff profile.
- Added Funeral Home information report.
- Added start and stop time to Service Note report.
- Added allergies and diagnoses to the Medication report.
Monitors & Baselines
- Added a new weight parameter mechanism to track weight gained loss which will eventually trigger an alert.
Alerts
- Alert for when a site document is going to expire.
- Alert for when a Clinical Contact Note is saved.
CareTracker
- Now showing the duration of start-end time on the CareTracker button.
Incident Reports
- Added signature section as a pop-up of Incident Communication Form to make it simpler for DSP's to sign.
Maintenance Requests
- Provided spell check ability.
- Provided ability to upload a picture or document prior to adding the request.
Improvements
- Fixed a bug where Incident Reports for discharged individuals were not showing.
- Added phone number to face sheet preview.
- Fixed comments field on behavior data tab.
- When someone is mentioned in a CareTracker note, the mentions link will redirect them to where they were mentioned.
- Fixed Managed Documents section so folders appear in the order in which they are added.
- Fixed issue where details were not showing under Other appointments on the 45 day assessment.
