How to complete a med review?

Nurses have the ability to complete the medication review electronically within iCM.

Here's how:

1. Go to the eChart->Medication tab.
2. Click on the blue button that says Delegating Nurse Review.
3. Answer all questions regarding the review.
4. Select the month and year for your review and click Save.
5. The MAR will then show your credential along with the date/time stamp of your review.
