How to complete a med review?

Nurses have the ability to complete the medication review electronically within iCM. The first step would be to generate and review the MAR's for an individual and then perform the review. The ability to perform this review is based on permissions.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the eChart->Medication tab.
  2. Click on the blue button that says Delegating Nurse Review.
  3. Answer all questions regarding the review.
  4. Select the month and year for your review and click Save.
  5. The MAR will then show your credential along with the date/time stamp of your review.
