How to Create a PCP Template?

The PCP Template allows an agency to setup workflows leading up to an annual PCP. 

Here's how to set up your PCP template:

  1. Click on the menu under your name and click on Settings.
  2. Click on PCP Template.
  3. This brings you to the page which will store all of your PCP templates. Click Add Template.
  4. For each PCP template you can add Phases and Activities beneath them. To get started building your template, click Add Phase.
  5. Now you can add Activities under each Phase. When you add activities, you can define who is responsible for completing each task, whether it is required before PCP implementation, and set triggers and due dates for each task.
  6. Once you have added all of your phases and activities, you are done!
