How do I generate a Face Sheet or Emergency Packet?

In an emergency having access to critical information is a must. iCM has just such a tool to quickly pull together the information you need for the people you support.

Here's how:

Go to the list of Individuals
On the right click where you see FaceSheet
On the left side of the screen check off each box for the data you would like to gather
On the right you can select to Fax or Print
When you select fax: If the provider number is not present you can click where you see "other" and enter the fax number and then click Yes.
Extra tip: If a box is grayed out in the selection list this means the information has not been entered into the profile.
