How do I chart in the Care Tracker?

An important aspect of the job you perform is keeping track of the Services you provide. iCM has just the tool to help you with this task. 

Here's how:

  1. Begin by clicking on the Care Tracker icon
  2. Find the Individual you are working with on the left and click on their picture.
  3. Find the service provided on the right and click where you see the Schedule (ex: Day Shift/time/As Needed)
  4. On the provide service screen check off the appropriate selections for services you provided
  5. If other sections are required make sure to mark them 
  6. Enter any comments or Mentions in the Notes section and click Done
  7. Make sure to chart under every service you have provided
  8. Services that have been marked will show with a green completion bar
