How to manage document types?

Along with the ability to manage your documents you can now manage the document types. This exciting new feature allows you to customize your own document type drop down list. This works for Individual, Staff, Agency and Site Management documents. 

Let's take a look at this process.

  1. On the main dashboard you will see the Admin Tools icon-click here to begin. This is a wrench icon on the lower left hand side of the screen, If you are missing this icon, please reach out to your system admin. 
  2. Once inside this settings area click where you see Document Management Types.
  3. The next step is to select the section you want to work in: Individual, Staff, Agency or Site.
  4. Type in the name of the document type and click Add.
  5. Next you will set permissions for the roles to have access to these document types.
  6. You would repeat this process for all document types you want to create.
