QR Code Set Up
With our new QR Code scanning ability in the Mobile App there is a critical set up that needs to take place in order for the feature to work. Let's take a look at what you need to do to begin this new and exciting process for marking attendance.
Step 1: From the main dashboard click the Facility icon (globe). Once in the Facility Module click on Manage Programs to begin.
Step 2: Once inside open the Organization Hierarchy to see programs.
Step 3: Find the program and click edit. Scroll to the bottom to select the option to Use QR Code for attendance in mobile app and then click Save.
Step 4: Make sure to do this for every program or site that you wish to allow this capability.
