How to Conduct Person-Specific Trainings over the Phone/Virtually

Step 1: Once the training has been completed virtually, the trainee logs into iCM and from their training tab in the profile, they can click on Action and then Virtual Signature.

Step 2: Then the trainee signs that they were trained. 

Step 3: Lastly, the trainer signs and marks the staff as trained.

An employee training record can be printed, showing the details of the training and both signatures.
