Update Your URL

To improve system performance we have had to update the secure link or URL. Below are instructions for bookmarking this link.

Step 1: Click on the new URL in the message you have received.

Step 2: On the next screen the new URL is in the browser search bar. Click the small heart (or maybe a star) icon on the right at the end of the bar. You will see a message to Add to bookmarks.

Step 3: Next you will see your company logo and iCM Login appear in the drop down. Click where you see Done.

Step 4: Your new URL is now in your bookmarks/Toolbar. Click here to access your account.

Step 5: To remove the old URL in the bookmark/toolbar RIGHT click on the old URL and scroll to select move to trash.

**If you are still having issues with accessing iCM you may need to do one or both of the following actions.

Clear your browsing history or cached data

Step 1: Click on the 3 stacked dots or dashes at the end of your browser bar.

Step 2: Scroll down to Clear browsing data and click.

Step 3: Select a time range and check all boxes and click on Clear data. 

Restart or reboot your router
