New Features
Relationship Map
- Created a Relationship Map to show the relationships an individual has in their lives. Click here to see how the relationship map works.
COVID Vaccine Tracking for Staff
- Added a COVID Vaccine section in the staff profile and a report called COVID Staff Vaccine Info Report.
Service Note
- Nursing activities are now showing on the service note. For example, if a 45 Day was completed on the same day, a note will appear on the service note that this was completed.
- Improved the design and look of the Service Note.
Individual Profile
- Added a section for Wants to capture things that a person does/does not want in their life. This pulls to the Provider Implementation Plan (optional).
- Added the date of last HRST review.
Clock In/Out
- Removed the time requirement for code-based job codes when entering time.
- We are showing day of the week on the timecards.
- We are now omitting the code-based timecards in the overlapping records report.
- Added classification to the attach job code screen.
PCP Training Checklist
- Added Matrix to the PCP Training Checklist.
Settings
- Created a new Care Tracker Setting which agencies can toggle on/off to set whether they would like the bristol stool chart recorded with each bowel movement record.
Improvements
- Improved the snap tag delete post feature by showing a warning prior to deletion.
- Fixed a bug where certain documents could not be downloaded from the Incident Reporting section.
- Fixed a permissions issue for the Clinical Contact Note.
- Fixed a bug where not all readings and prompts were saving correctly.
- Fixed an issue where Service Note was not pulling all types of services completed, as well as notes not showing on the Service Note.
- Fixed a toaster issue when downloading PCP Training Checklist.
